Description of Content
Grant, for the soul of master Geoffrey Pollard, of all the said deceased Geoffrey's houses with appurtenances in Pottergate, Lincoln, for the said poor clerks to live in in perpetuity. In return the clerks will ensure that on double feasts, feasts of nine lessons and feasts of the Blessed Virgin Mary a candle of one pound of wax will burn in the cathedral before the high altar to Geoffrey's memory, and that on his obit they perform mass for his soul
