Confirmation by the bishop to a Gilbertine priory [details now lost] for the maintenance of boys there of a portion of a church[name now lost] and an annual rent of 2 marks paid by Coventry priory to Lincoln cathedral, with the consent of the dean and chapter of Lincoln.
