Grant by Morgan, son of Cradoc, to Margam Abbey, with consent of his sons Leisan, Oeni, and the rest, of land which begins at Pultscathan, and goes along the water - foss to Foss - sanan, to foss - Cradoc, to the land of Yeuan son of Tatherec, to the way of Marcuth, to the alder - grove under the hill, to the monk’s foss, to Pulschetan. Rent, five shillings yearly; ten pounds and sixteen pence rent, received beforehand. Sworn upon the reliques.
