Undertaking by David, son of Wasmer of Kenefec, to pay 14d. yearly to Margam Abbey, rent for five acres of land which D J - - - [Perhaps John; see Nos 26, 27], Abbot, and the Convent gave him, part at Le Horeston, on the west of the road which leads to the town of Corneli, and part under the Old Castle. Witnesses: Walter Louel, William de Corneli, Roger Grammus, Richard the clerk, William Franchelain, Henry de Neht.
