Witnesses: William de Lichesfeld, Jordan de Hauerford, William de Valle, monks of Margam; Ernald the constable of Kenefec, Espus son of Cradoc, Kenewreic son of Herbert, Madoc son of Cnaithur, Ithell son of Riul, Ririd son of Cnitlin, and his brother Cradoc, Walaueth son of William Killemichel.
